it is suppose to be official europe server but so far it's bigger fail than any java ****.

every single time u make some update client doesn't start and gives some weird problems. then every single time your noob support crew can't do a **** and we have to look for solution by our selfs.

it's fail. i pay for god damn pa and i can't play for few days after every single update. it's a ********. get to work and fix this fail server.

all the time u blame our av, pc setup or other ****. why it's never your and your fail soft fault? why i can play on ruoff, nc america without any issue but not here if u'r suppose to use same soft?

and pls don't delete this post. i;m raging that's true but i have full right to do it after so many fails.

 

i seen fewe games that pas to other publishers after that all game was ruined and distroed i think its same here inova opened big eyes on la2 but cant deal with technical issues i did created topic about some problem pass week and half and still no answer same gona be with this topic they not gona answer coz they cant deal with problem that they created

i dont have any problems with login to server after updates, its your system or pc problem not innova

 

authors pc is a mess. me, my friends and clan members never had any issue with client.

 

ahhahahaha dudes sure. nothing has change in my pc since last update and my client is crashing at start without any reason. i've been playing normally, log out coming back next day and game is not starting. so pls don't write here such ******** if u don't have a hint about pc. that your game is working it doesn't mean others is working and it's not because of pc. there is too many ppl with such problem to call it pc problem.

get some lessons about pc, windows, etc then start your pathetic theory.

it still doesn't mean that we should abandon that 1% that could play before an update. personally, after each maintenance i have to delete everything from frost dir and let it update again to be able to login. for some reason frost doesn't seem to update autoamtically in my case. there's usualy a dozen problems every week which are solved mostly by the community at forums rather than support. he might be bithin' too much, but he got a point here. the way we launch client and the issues related to it we're facing randomly is way bigger than on ncwest or even .ru servers.

- instal all again

about update:
every issue is diffrent. windows is not the best os ever anyone know about a lot of problems. thats why evry issue is diffrent. one program can changed whole cfg and start problems. blaming don't fix any problem. if you want our help make sure you post all needed info and correct problem despciption.

about lags:
please check your trace to innova servers. network speed is nothing if it's going in half of the world. also if you have 12 mb/s it's only your download speed, upload is also very important and probably your upload speed is 1,2 mb/s.
again check your trace post it (new topic is the best way) also you can create ticket at our support site: https://support.4game.com/ they can changed how it's look on server site.

2nd i reinstaled game and i have legal windows new copy i format my pc and watch for it clean if u so brave behinde keyboard and so smart and know every thing about everything than plz say why when i create new char i no lag but if i log my main i do lag come on smart one plz say how format gona help me?

never had a problem logging in. doesn't matter after maintenance or before. don't need to delete any frosts or anything else. just log in as usually and that's it.

don't know what kind of config. software or anything you people are using, but it's not right.

1st: if my l2 is working and other **** is working why should i use your pro advice about format? cause u solve all problems with format? i bet u'r formating windows if u have to update drivers
