You are currently logging in stuck

hi!

i have a problem, i could not get into game.
after logging in, and click play, the game opens, but stops, while 'you ar currently logging in' is on the screen.
i have seen an other thread of this, but it did not answered my question.

i've checked host, turned off firewall, deleted updater.cache file, repaired game, deleted system and frost and reinstall them. so tryed almost everything, but problem still occurs.

the system is under xp 64 bit,
asus p5kc s775 ddr2/ddr3 pcie alaplap
intel core 2 duo 2.66ghz e8200
asus en8600gt silent/htdp 512mb

i'v got simillar problem... and i dont use mumble...

when i play and during game i get deconnect. i try to log in to game, after 2 windows - when table with servers show up everything is stop... after other relogin message window show up with: "account is already in use. unable to log in".

i get this on diferent computers with winxp and win7 too... btw duration of this issue is sometimes very long... and i cant log in...

 

i got the same problem myself here. i dont wait long enoug for it to post up that my account is already in use though. and i'm on windows vista with an hp computer.

have you got such message constantly or not?
did you try to log out at eu.4game.com, close 4game tray icon on the control panel and relogin the game?

 

i have similar problem... i cant log to my main account. after appearing of server choice screen i click "confirm" and nothing happens for minute or two... and after that i get massage about being disconnected... and after reconnect i get the same msg as in post #2... after that it again disconnect on server choice screen...

the only thing that "fix" it is loging to my alt account (witch logs without problem) and then my main account logs without problem.

 

done that. in fact, it wont let me load up the game without logging in on the site because the play button doesnt show up. instead "log in" button appears instead on the site.

 

got the same problem. game stuck on screan you currently logging in. firewal disableb, antivirus disabled. restarted computer and reloged on my account twice. problem accured just after u maintanace break. yesterday it wos all working firne.

i have:
windows xp sp2
intel core 2 quad q6600 2,4 ghz

 

i have never got any problem since start server but today i cant loggin in. i try all morning but the same "you currently logging in"

 

it's maintenance you dumb. read announcements

 

i had it today too. no such problems before. and now i had: logging in, already in use, disconnects for about 10-15 minutes constantly till i finally, too late, logged in. so thanks for fortuna, innova's launcher team.

 

so theres been a fix on this? tell me whatcha got and i'll try to fix mine. i wanna play asap.

 

i got this error now too. i tried everyting, but nothing changed. sometimes i go to server selection screen, but no further. before this i got a dc, nothing more. any solution?

p.s. i didnt use mumble, or any other comm. program at the time

 

keep trying. that helped.

 

did that but i will keep trying. this thing sat there saying "you currently logging in" and nothing changed. not even a screen popped up from the background to say what the problem is. it just sat there. i was even able to exit the game and all to see if that worked and it didnt do a thing
