Wizzard Spirit vr Arcane Power

everybody know its possible to not buy 4rd skills and keep 2\3rd skills.

almost all 4rd skills are better but i find this one interresing.

3rd - arcane power
maximizes magic efficiency by increasing m. atk. by 30% and mp consumption by 10%. every second, 50 hp is consumed.

and this is toggle skill - thats mean can be always on, its eat 50hp\sec what is notthing because of some iss buffs what give magic "vampiric ability"

4rd - wizard spirit (85lv)
increases m. atk.+20% , m. critical rate +50%, p. def. and m. def. +20%, and magic evasion increased by 2 while reducing mp cost for magic skills by 50% for 30 seconds. when you receive magical damage, the damage may reflect back on the enemy.

wizz spirit lv2 (95lv)
increases m. atk.+30% , m. critical rate +60%, p. def. and m. def. +20%, and magic evasion increased by 2 while reducing mp cost for magic skills by 60% for 30 seconds. when you receive magical damage, the damage may reflect back on the enemy.

and this skill its better but got 5 minutes reuse (300 seconds) and ist only 30 seconds duration!


what u thik guys? wizzard spirit seems be better in oly and fast 1 vr 1 pvp, but in mass and pve arcane power is better because its can be on all the time.

opinions??

 

with passive skills, buffs and items wizard spirit have ~2min cooldown

arcane power is very good cause you can have it all the time, but wizard spirit is superior if you can launch it at right time.
i think at end game every wizard will have to learn wizard spirit lv2

arcane power can be enchanted easy to +15 and it gives +35% m atk. it's much more better for pve than wizard and it's also nice for pvp, well:

in mass pvp you will use wizard and get -15% m atk and +50% m crit rate for 30 sec (i guess you dont use it for p def or m def, but to kill your target) ofc enemy can see it and stun you or whatever what will make you waste your precious skill. till next wiz you get -35% m atk.

in oly or small pvp like 2v2 etc it's really cool and it is more helpfull i think.

 

arcane power till 95, then learn wizard, simple
