    if this "sproot" from this "top" party got delevel, why he still have buff lvl 3 only learnable at level 95 ?

    innova fail... delvl and no delete skills... ( other posibility is that when u delvl, u dont lose ur skills )

    because he was 95 and learned those buffs before he got deleveled im not familiar with goddes of destruction about that but on gf chronicle u can save for example 70lvl skills if u got deleveled to let say 60lvl++
