Bug or stupid idea

i want ask about vampiric efect, its bug or only worthless idea of ncsoft ?? ealier vampiric buff work ok and for every hit you got some amount of hp back, now you get hp only sometimes that means, "trains" with mobs and kill them by polearn weapon w/o healer it's impossible :/

as far as i know, vampiric effect should work the same for close range damage dealers and with chance for long range (aka archers and mages).

 

early and now vampiric effect (chant of vampire, dance of vampire etc) works only for melee autoattack

if you told about special ability with vampiric effect (sa in weapons) then need to see the conditions (vampiric in autoattack, for example sa in angel slayer, or vampiric in critical attack). also for range and magic vampiric buffs doesn't work
what is you talking about ?
