Buying PA with adena..?Sorry what!

dear innova stuff, i saw the announcement few min ago and made me laugh. why are you having items that you can buy from the l2 store and sell em for adena, but its forbidden to buy pa. i really didn't get it, either remove the runes, gifts and so on from l2 store or made em untradable or don't offend people with such joke messages. i didn't pay my pa with adena simply because i am against sharing my details with unknown person. i hope you made this step due to lots of chars/account theft if that is not the reason behind it i really don't understand it.

 

shouldve stopped reading at "innova stuff" , but here's your answer:
it's because pa can be paid by stolen credit cards and then you might get banned because the seller was a fraud and the real owner made a chargeback, or people could buy adena with real money using the pa as pretext.

 

well its in the user agreement not to share an account but its entirely up to the player wether he`s gonna do it.
and i also would like to know about l2 store.if prohibided why does it have the gift option to offer to other players? its the same like donation, donate to & receive a nice reward.

 

u dont have to share any details to ur pa provider
most ppl simply transfer money to ur paypal account, what u do with those money its ur choice ^^

c'mon,people cant be that silly thinking that not allowing purchase pa w adena will stop rmt.
rmt is a major factor of every mmo and its always been,expecialy if those are f2p that means a greater amount of chars to deal with.
thats just a bad move from innova,then rmt'ers will just move to other channels like it was before,but actualy it stops many good players from gettin pa/using shops=less cash coming from shops.

 

when i first read the announcement i thought they made l2 shop items untradable. soon i realized innova was making fun of itself by allowing some adena to real money transactions while forbidding the other. i do like their humor.

 

yes, that is a stupid idea, and i will put an argument on that.
lets say i want pa, but am not willing to pay for it with real money, but i have some adena to spare.

1. i make a deal with another player to purchase the pa for me and i pay with lets say 20kk adena to him. so what happens - i have pa and innova have the real money for it. the 20kk adena are still in the game. everyone is happy.

2. i buy pa with my own money. so what happens - i have pa and innova have the money for it. the 20kk adena are still in the game. not everybody are happy, because i didn't want to spend my hard earned money and some player that have many real money in the bank account left without r set, because he has no adena.

just an example.

and still, players that paid for exp runes and stuff with real money are selling them for adena ingame. isn't this the same? just don't give me the crappy answer that pa doesn't have ingame item, because if that was really your point of view you could:
a) make an ingame item for pa.
b) make everything purchased from the shop non-tradable.
this way it would be fair, if your goal was really making the game fair ... but you know that the mere word "fair game" is the opposite of having an ingame shop full of items for sell with real life currency.

so innova put a little more sence in your answer next time.

well, can we trade that xx amount of adena for pa with innova? they will save from selling/buying for real money.

they should implement something like rune/item for x days of pa (trade able, clicking on it activates premium account and rune dissapears).
probably many reports of scams they got.

 

i see there are plenty of philozophers . read eula, and u wil understand why it should never been aveliveble like it was till now

it's somehow true, but ... then innova should read their own eula and make all shop items non-tradable.
and ofc we can always trade it out of the forum and they will never know, but that is not the point.

 

i believe they should of made a button "gift of premium account" - so we wouldn't have to share our details with other people + innova would get more money + people in server will be happy = good for everyone.

innova is not against this , hope they will solve this problem like they did in ruoff, and this is a big question if they will really ban people for buying pa with aden.
btw you dont need to give account information if you have paypal , just ask pa sellers to send money to your paypal.

cause they got real money for pa, not the person, who gave his adena.
since some ppl would never spend real money on pa, but could give some in game adena to others, to get pa, innova just lost that possible pa sales xd
