How to get to Fairy Settlement?

how can i get there when there's no news informer? and can you summon people there?

 

hunters village -> anghell waterfall
run inside the cave behind you, you'll be in arcan city (or w.e the name is)

use gk next to you, port timiniels embrace, you'll be next to fairy settlement.

nah it's anti summon forcefield there.

 

if u r 90+ just use agathion u got from quest to get to arcan, there u can simply teleport from gk or run to a lift which takes u to the outskirts of fairy settlement
