Rune of Crystal - on oli ? Question to official staff

    is rune of crystal allowed to use on olimpiad ? i mean that with lower your penalty for items of 5 lvls. so for example lvl 83 can use it and be in seraphin on olympiad? coz i didnt find any official rule about that?

    first of all at 83 u wouldn't even enter oly minimal requirements are 85 awakened and ofc noblesse status :d second at 83 u can use only immortal twilight because lvl 5 means 83+5 = 88lvl not items lvl so sorry no seraphim for u :d

    i asked official team. show me the rule with forbiden use it and why there is no info about that ?
