Which Feoh Wizard will be the best?

in the process to become feoh wizard, i choose kamael because it is more fun and easier pve;
+ racial awakening "battle instinct: increases pvp damage by 1%. decreases skills' mp consumption by 5%.+ skill painkiller (ud 8seg)

any opinion?
