Not working Vitality Replenishing herb tea

vitality replenishing herb tea from the ingame shop

2. full description.
last week i bought the vitality replenishing herb tea.
it says it would replenish my vitality after gaining xp.
i was levelling in swamp with a full party and i got a lot of xp from levelling there for half an hour. but my vp didn't gain anything. i took some screenshots that i will compare tonight, but as far as i have seen this just doesn't work! it only stopped the vp from draining and that's not what i asked for. there are other items (cheaper) that could do that trick.

3. steps needed to reproduce the error.
just use the vitality points. kill mobs from swamp (i'm an archer @ level 82 in swamp) for 30 minutes.

4. graphics data (screenshots, videos).
screenshots can / will be provided tonight.

5. additions (any other info, which you might like to add).
i would like to suggest three things:
1. i would like to get this fixed. and ofcourse, let us know when it is through the normal channels.
2. stop selling it @ the shop for now, until it's fixed: cause you are only selling stuff that isn't working. that means: 100% failure at that product. just get it back in the shop when it works again.
3. i would like to ask for a refund, so i can buy the product when it does work!
