oi! pros + makes you look a bit more professional + pictures you as if actually cared about our (the community) opinion + can keep less forum-engaged players a bit more up-to-date with current issues + i like that you didn't make the video grave serious (vide "we kinda, sorta, like, uhm.... s-u-c-k") ;d cons - you waste money for ed instead of webdevelopers / webdesigners - eds' prim and proper british rp makes me wanna puke - try to be more relaxed next time maybe watch some videos from other mmo companies - http://www.youtube.com/user/riotgamesinc you might learn a thing or two
first thing`s first. well i liked it, actually i loved it*. great idea but if it just turns out to be another thread like questions to innova team where no answers are given then qq. i hope you`ll keep it fresh and updated and answer questions that are important for the community - good thing that this time around you will announce when will the next update come and more info about it (i hope the announcement will come earlier than the one for tauti) , but somehow ed did not say a thing about mentoring system - so we`ll have no info on that matter ? i mean your developers are working on it aren`t they ? will be nice to add a girl from time to time for some humour and just for teh lulz - i mean we can have ed all serious and she can be trying the make him laugh or smth or the other way around. anw about ppl appearing i think it will be a good idea to "invite" lets say a developer, gm , cm** so we can see you guys and it will keep ppl interested + we can get the info from the ppl we "see" around in the forum you might add questions (video questions or normal) from players, moderators(cuz they are players too) and u can have the mods in a funny vid like saying what they don`t like in the community from a mod standpoint of view (via webcams or w/e) for example you can let kurai qq about ppl not being kind to him and listening to what he says :d *ed was cute too and when he started talking i said omg no a russian guy - but i was wrong ? anw i liked his accent and i think that makes the video even more interesting **ah about devs i suppose they are russians - we can have subtitles for them

money on ed is not wasted at all. it shows that they really want and try to come in contact with the community. i believe it is one of the best things that they could do at the moment. i also found the guy pretty alright. what if he has a prim and brittish accent? i know i was ok with it. you cannot list in the cons a matter of personal prefference. other than those two things, the pros that you provided were pretty solid. keep up the good work everyone at innova. good start ed.
in the next video, can you put subtitles?? with subtittles you allow that too many players can understand it. good feature :d
btw in the near future we`ll have an ed agathion in the l2 store :d due to high popularity and demand ofc
