i really think the video blog is a great idea, but i think you are missing the full potential that it can have if handled well. first of all i would like to see popular players invited to tell us his/her experience in the game and he/she could tell us what he likes of innova (everything ofc :d ) this also ensures that more people see the videoblog (at least i hope so) .you should try to make people see the videoblog on youtube and tell them to subscribe to the channel and give a like, in order to appear as a popular video on youtube and this would be used as an advertisement. it would be nice to give some information about classes and main farm places in order to help new players and old ones.
i think this can help to grow up the server but these ideas don't be enought even to begin.
keep in mind that when you have a certain number of subscribers, youtube can put ads on your videos in return for a certain price ($ $ $), think that is an investment.

good job with video blogs, but the only one informaction was nice, about mentor system in two months. btw in two months we will get mentor + tauti ? you know that no1 will need it, every1 have 120 in armors, 300 in weapons.
