ok, so this post will be long and i will talk about aria and innova's problems. i guess mods, will not be angry for constructive critisism, aren't they?

so, at first i would like to say, that i think innova is a great company for hosting l2. i've seen their progress since l2ru and they were pretty good there. not perfect, because there have been some failures or wrong decision, but perfect is impossible. they have many servers, all of them are alive, so it's the most important for us, gamers, right?

ups for innova:
fighting a lot againts bots
balanced shop
pa system
great support for in-game issues

minuses :

they don't really look for players perspective
to many promises
some technical failures
not so much conversation between players and staff (i'm not talking about forums moderators)

so, now about aria problems. i'm feeling kinda sad, that innova is not responding to this problem. i mean, it's really seriuous issue, couse there are so many players leaving the game and getting dissapointed. many dissapointed people - destroying image of company, bad words spread, other get bad opinion and they choose ncsoft instead of innova. and since ncsoft is more worse than innova, but they still have the name, so that makes them more beatifull for players and it really isn't. you should really deal with aria problems, because i'm and i think any players of core are really sorry for these forgotten players. aria is even worse than private server with many customs, couse players base is really not well for a good gameplay, not even close to comfortable, so innova, please help these poor players. wish you a lot of luck, to make this network huge and comfortable, were players would feel that you care, not like now.

that seems to be the real problem, mentioning the ideea of another server, not the real unsolved problems of the servers. priorities, priorities...

 

guys put things into the correct context please, i am a moderator, i am not the manager for innova, my role is to make sure users do not break forum rules my job is not involved with ingame isues so dont come bashing at my door for doing my job thx.

 

in fact deepblue,maybe u can improve ur ability to read, can be usefull for a chief moderator, when u read "go to private server and shut the **** up" about people who wanna explain to us,that a 200 online ppl server is on a top... it is pretty far of an advertisement about a private. and btw, i can express what i want, i can tell, all the privates servers for l2 are so niiiiiiice places ... it's not an ad, it's an opinion, u see the difference?
and last point,u sure u are from england? i feel u are from russia,sending to siberia all pll who disagree with u.

just read topic from start and u will see many kids here write same again and again...

i don't play anymore. the game (not only on aria but overall) died for me after harmony update. it's not the lineage i used to know. hell, one can hit lvl cap without even leaving a town. what happened to forced pvp everywhere? i loved lineage because pvp was nearly everywhere. it's not the same anymoe ...

anyway - ontopic. since i dont play, i can at least write why innova fails in eu (on aria, and on core - it's just a matter of time). but there's still a small chance that eu servers will be a success. anyway - in my opinion aria is dead. nothing will change it. as someone mentioned before - a few people like playing on less-crowded server. that's why innova schouldn't merge core and aria. only allow free transfer from aria to core. everyone will be happy that way. the ones that want to stay on aria - will be able to stay. the ones that want to transfer - will transfer, increasing core population. innova would keep customers that way. otherwise - innova will loose even more players => even more cash. but maybe that's what they want?

topics innova schould take care of if they want eu servers to keep going:

1. poor game's main site. if i were a lineage 2 newbie, or a player starting a game again after a year or two, first thing i would find would be ncws lineage 2 official site. i would be glad and started to play there. even if i would have found innovas game site, after seeing how poor it is - i would choose nsws server.

2. no advertisment. how are people supposed to know that innova's server is europe's official one? everyone know that lineage was always ncw's game. once again - i would have choose ncw's servers, because ncw is wieldly known whereas innova ... erm ... what is innova anyway? ncw is first company everyone think about when mentioning lineage 2. look at angry birds - this game is s**t. nothing new, nothing innovative. everyting that game(s) has was already long ago presented in tons of flash games! why did this game was a commercial success? advertising, advertising, advertising => hype.

3. relations between players and administration. what? relations? don't make me laugh. tbh - administration seems to don't care about players at all by avoiding troublessome topics and problems. a lot of questions have been asked. a little have been answered. mainly minor ones. whenever important problem appears or is brought in public - the administration seems to avoid it.

4. no mentoring. once again - which server new player will choose? the one with working mentoring or the one without it? answer is rather simple.

topics innova can't take care about.

1. let's face it - lineage 2 is an old game. no escaping from it. it's quite hard to lure new players to such an old title.

2. a lot of new, great games come out (gw2, d3, tera). people will leave, it will be even harder to lure new players here.

wouldn't normally matter if people leave, fact is no new ones come to innova over ncwest, cos their website at least looks good and you can tell they are official. they have mentor system ( which does help new starters ) if i did not know innova was official host of eu server, i would never have believed it .players been telling them to fix website etc since start. too long for mentor system ( still 1 month to go after 2 month announcement lol ? )to help any new players.

god not interesting enough to keep existing players long term. too many new games coming out.

 

i hope there will be some info for you in a few days / in a week+/ near future or w/e as long as it`s not soon ... it really is overused sry

 

made me lol hard again. this word is epic here. we`ve been reading it for huh... 6 months already and yet this soon never came for most of the issues.

worst customer support/service i have ever seen in any mmorpg.

what you have done is nothing short of a scam.
