    hi... i recieved maximum mails without cleaning it :/
    now i cant even open my Mailbox.
    i hope you fix my char fast... and that my items dont get destroyed by this bug...
    i hope for fast help.. thx .. btw: i already made report.

    but it is not true Casillas.... i wait now 23 hours and 45 minutes for an answer...
    so its not "fast" like you called it...
    i want fast support now or for what i paid a premium account?

    Where I said they gonna fix it fast? By the rules it could take up to 10 days....
