Dual class change via Support Ticket

I am sure that a lot of Ertheias have been into the struggle of being unable to change their Dual class diversification class (Example: From Aeore Cardinal into Aeore Eva Saint) like any other race because simply the NPC at Reliquery of Giants won't talk by default about this option to them for being Ertheia race

What about Innova provides a way to make this possible throught Support? like making a ticket saying the character, into which class to be made, taking the Chaos Essence (Dual Class) from inventory, etc... like it is done about change names?

Would be this option possible for Innova Staff to be done or it is really that impossible?

I'm afraid this option will not be available due to the Race restrictions on Ertheias, in the same way that we can't allow Gender changes for Kamaels. The Developers are just not interested in making such changes to these Races.

Sorry to say but you was not reading that post at all or you did not get the question. It's not about changing dual class to main or something, she is simply asking you that could be nice to can change Cardial to SS on dual class. I do not see any "restriction" in this since Cardinal and SS are both Aeore.

 

She was also talking about Chaos Essence (Dual Class) which as you can see in the description of the item, the Ertheia Race is restricted from using.

 

Indeed, so where is the restriction in using this item? Why it should not be possible for Ertheias (even with support) change their Aeore Cardinal to Aeore Shilien Saint (example)?

 

As I said previously, read the description of the item:

That is called a restriction.

Ertheia's are restricted from using the item, this was intended by the Developers.

 

As it was stated by DeepBlue, indeed, Ertheia characters are not subject to class/dualclass changes by game design.
