Exalted Quest III

Anyone from the staff could explain us, how the heck we suppose to finish this quest, without dimensional siege existance? You had 4 months to prepare for the update...

this was 3 weeks ago their answer to that problem. so, they are aware of it. all you can do now is waiting.

 

How about dimensional raid then?

Thanks Yolai for quoting my previous reply. Indeed, developers are aware of this issue, but at the moment they are busy over fixing game bugs which are crucial for all localized versions, not only for EU. In case you cannot move further to Exalted rank without accomplishing this quest, you can addess to Support Service, and we will find the way to solve this problem for you (adding the item or setting the quest as completed manually, it will be discussed with game engineers if there is no in-game solution from developers by that time).

dont u need like 16 weeks more atleast to move to dim raids stage?

 

smth like that. but it sounds a bit like "cheating" if ppl could obtain this item just by sending 1 ticket. i dont wanna complain about this fast solution, it just doesnt seem right.
