Let me not get the appearance that I purchased

I have a problem, I purchased clothing Vampire appareance but will not let me wear it, I have tried with my two players 86 and 88 and nothing, there is no way to bring it it says the item is invalid.
I would appreciate help.

I may be wrong (didn't buy the appearance myself) but if it's an appearance, and not an outfit, it means that you need to change the appearance to your armor to be able to wear it :
-double click on the appearance stone
-put your armor in the window where it tells you on what armor do you want to put it

be carefull, you can remove the appearance from the armor, but I don't think there is a way not to lose the appearance itself.

It is immortal set from mentor (aka event one) U wanna make appearance ? If yes, it can be the problem, try on normal set, not from mentor.

 

(and you should consider to keep your app stone until you get your definitive stuff, otherwise you will have to change your gear one day and you'll lose your appearance sadly)
