ya. it was terribly stupid to make update in summer. Usual quote from my pt m8s: "Its too good weather i am going out with my gf" xD

 

L2 was always about grinding. Grinding for hours and then dieing from a mob and losing all of it is what made this game so addicting. Mid august things will start to get a bit more active I think.

 

i agree about l2=grind fest. But you are grinding for pvp.
What i dont like on this server is people who likes to go easy mode or "We will exp to XX and then pvp".

 

Of course your actual objective is to win in PVP so you can pve some more so you can win next PVP and pve even more. That's the circle of the game.

 

problem is that we are wining without grinding.

And that's why my group, even without any pvp weapons, barely any bless epic, not 1 level 101, not 1 7s talisman and so on still pvp so much against even the top groups in server..
Ofc sometimes ppl decide they'd ratter pr, go exp somewhere else for some more time to catch up to these ppl we are pvpin against..
But it's kinda funny how we keep seein the same 3? cps from ba on athelia and so on, but all the other groups we find insta PR from us..

And about doing anything to win, in this game there was always the large majority that would want to join the winning side (if they get accepted) to get easy farm and wins on pvp..
And there were few ppl that like to join the side that's losing and feel the thrill of going in, even if chances are against you.

When a player doesnt want competition in server, yes this happens. It's like "bot" mentality. Just you forget to mention, "we will xp and buy 1000 runes to lvl in less than a week" and then pvp.

 

I know people in this server that they are in mode of "getting ready to pvp" since the beggining of the server till now.

Point is even with not a single pvp armor set, either big jewel or superduper talisman, my party still fights Golden, vlm, and whoever else we encounter. Doesnt matter if we loose or win or troll iReflect, doesnt matter if its a 5 min pvp or a 30 min pvp, doesnt matter if they pr or get raid curse. We still fight cos that is what we enjoy in the game.

Do they let us exp in peace? nope.
Do they exp in peace when we go out of town? nope. That they do exp when we dont have prime time is another issue.
Do they zerg us easy? yep, we are 2 pts and they are 3 pt, 4 if they would want to.

But its right, I only see vlm and golden pt. Sometimes logy and riordian on solo/duo/filling pts.
Is it a matter of pointing our fingers to them? not really, lal. So what if only those pt fight the wars?
Its the way big clan work: top ppl protect the rest.

Now in RG i only see tranks SOMETIMES and about EN I only saw Fredrik and Kengaa TWICE.

Maybe the server prime time changed to 5-7 AM GMT+1 and I didnt notice.

PD: Now you can go and call me BA fangirl but truth is I like BA the same oil mixes with water.

 

What they protect? There is only 1 ba party farming atelia rest are farming Kartia.

Well, dunno who you are refering to "forever gettin ready", but my cp at least was going to pvp against all groups we found even when we barely arrived on server and had like 9-12 ap.. pvps back then were on parnassus or soa/soh.. We pbb even met on some places like that..

But that's indeed a nice attitude to have in this game, at least if you have fun doing pvp.. If you only enjoy pve, I guess it's ok to keep farming items and lettin other ppl pvp for you..

If you are still doing PvP even with the farm, do not think my words apply to you ^^

 

Vlm party is doing some farm like once per week. The only reason they got 101 people is because they got powerexped by people who expect to be carried by them. As I said Vlm is the best party in ba , it doesn't take much brain for lowered skilled people to see who will carry them in exhange for levels. This random party is an urban legend I guess. In the few hours I was playing the week before I left for vacations I didn't see any.

 

I explained it before, sometimes riordian and logy are joining pt with random people from their clan (at least not their cp) even fitzu is around. that is the 3rd "party" im talking about. Anyways Im on holydays too so cant say if they stopped logging or not

Logy is not coming for pve, he is coming for PVP. At least against us we almost never fight a party without logy in there. Never seen him pve though.
