[Quest] the hero's journey: fairy settlement - Question

Hi there!
Maybe not the right place to ask fot it but I'm really stuck and don't know how to end this quest: the hero's journey: fairy settlement - Lvl.88 one time quest.
So, I now need to talk to: "Fairy Refugee in the Fairy Settlement" but the yellow arrow points me to a place where there's nothing except a Dimentional Keeper who has clearly nothing to see with this quest...



I went under this "bridge" and there's nothing, turned arounf for hours in Fairy Settlement with my target macro but still can't find this *** Fairy...
Hope someone can help, thanks in advance!

 

Yep, I searched there but it's the Fairy Hierarch who stands near the GK.
I turned around in magmeld and the Fairy Citizen is not there, suposed to be in Fairy Settlement but really can't find it ><

If I remember correctly, it's a kind of fairy you can find in magmeld. Put your char in the center of the town, look at the gatekeeper, and it should be on its right. He should have a scroll above his head, as he also gives a daily.

He should be near the Fairy Hierarch. (3 years without doing the magmeld quests, my memory may be lacking ^^)

 

The only quest scroll I have in Magmeld is from "Hierarch Asterios" and is a daily (wich I have done yet) and the only Fairies standind there are the Hierarch and its Bodyguard, on the right side of the GK.
I've been playing L2 since 2005-2006 with hardcore moments and cuts, I just re-discover the game after a 5 years pause and sincerely, I really feel stupid to be stuck like this.. Until now I always found a solution to L2 problems but there, really don't see.

If you still don't find it, do not bother with it. It's not a core quest anyway, and the reward isn't necessary or awesome. You'll have plenty more XP by making some pt at S3 (or SoA, good xp until 90), or by solo grind in Fairy or Harnak (didn't test this zone since a loooooonnggggg time, so cannot tell if worth it or not).

P.S : Wasn't here in moo, joined like 2 servers after. We're still present on the server, but recruiting 95+ ppl atm ^^

 

Yes that's what I did, gone XP elsewhere until I figure it out... One day I'll find the Fairy Citizen!

Go over the bridge on the right side, the pointer leads you here, because the NPC is changing locations. /target Fairy Citizen to find it.

Although sometimes it spawns somewhere near the cliff and falls down - then you can not speak with NPC.
