Hi pls help me! I can not buy the item su l2store!

 

That's probably the best bug report I've ever witnessed.

Ok, let's start, why do you mean by "I can't buy L2Store" :
-Can't you fill your account with money ?
-Didn't you find the L2Store button in game ?
-When you click on an item to buy it, there is now window that appear to put the amount of items wanted ?
-Other ?

If you want people to be able to help, you need to provide as many information as possible, sometimes the problem may come from a point that you thought wouldn't matter.
Second, remember to use the search function, if the problem you have is what I think, it was already said 2 or 3 times.

 

Exit game
Find windowsinfo.ini file in System folder
Delete it!
Login without restoring game!
Enjoy your purchases)

That's exactly what I thought, and that's exactly what Casillias thought also

Ok, so 2 ways to solve it : one proper, and one silly turn-around.
Proper : The one Casillias mentionned. this .ini file contains the information about where your windows (radar, skills, buffs, target, trade, inventory, ....) are. So when one of those windows mess up (and refuse to come back with a ctrl+L), the solution is to delete it, so when you launch the game it recreates it with "factory setup". This file is located where casillias said, in system folder. Try to order your files by name (windowsInfos), or type (.ini) to find it easily.

Turn-Around : Play in windowed mode. Then reduce the width of your game, and when the game window will be VERY slim, the L2Store window will re-appear. I do that when I'm too bored to launch the game again.
