I'll try to explain, I'll write slowly, because you obviously have trouble reading. Does he kill people? Yes. Did he obtain gear to do so? Yes. Having answer those two question the answer is obvious - he has the necessary skills to play this game and to achieve results. Which makes him skilled player. If you both hysteric players are so skilled, why didn't you farm, donate, etc your gear, why don't you use your skills to kill him? Because you lack the necessary skills to play this game on this level. You take some facts, you apply logic, it's not even creative thinking, so you should be able to do it unless you're 5 years old.

 

Yes tell me he farmed his gear, even the one he donated is money from "illegal" activities so I don't even know what on earth you try to defend about an abomination like him. Trust me if that guy was playing a game with healthier "security" he would be gone by a long time now. I love this "etc" tho.
