Error launching lineage 2

Hey guys, so I was playing L2 for couple weeks and it was everything alright, but when I updated my Lineage 2 today, I got this strange error telling me to restart computer, but after restarting I get same error. How can i solve this problem? This is error screenshot:

 

Try to uninstall Cheat Engine to be all legit!

I have the same problem with this error (status 1073), and so far nothing has helped

Yes. Then restart and nothing. All the time this error. My system is win7 x64. Check4game and still nothing. The only pity points PA, he left me there are 10 days of premium

 

Then one more shaman method, delete Frost folder, turn of PC for a few mins, and then turn on and try launching
