Pay to "earn or play" and no new players ?

seriously someone uses shots on zakens??
u should make summoner till 85 and do all stuff with it u can easy solo gather adena for gear on feoh , cause feoh is one of the most if not the most expensive chars plus on future w/o weapon with 300 atri u won't find pt's on octavis/istinas and stuff

 

forgot about l2, if you want pvp here you need spend 2-3 years for collect gear and when you get it they will make new gear , of coz if you can spend 1000-2000 euro you can do it faster ;0 gl in l2.

 

I've been looking at this thread and I can just say L2 isn't friendly to new people joining, and almost every update since original Goddess of Destruction they made it harder to get items, which is completely backwards logic to almost any other MMO which makes items progressively easier to get in comparison.

You just have to look at progression of drops in instances since GoD.
Look at example of Epic Octavis.
In original GoD update it was dropping blessed amaranthine each time. It was top instance, for top players. Did they keep it that way so other people could catch up?No, couple updates later (memory fails me on this, I don't remember if they got nerfed in Harmony or Tauti update), drops nerfed incredibly hard to only drop blessed r99 armor parts and low chance for weapon instead.
Next update though, drops nerfed again, dropping specter weapons now, not r99 blessed armors or r99 blessed weapons like previous updates. They nerfed drops even more time, it only drops seraph armors now, and crafting packs on low chance which you can still fail. You will find this trend in almost all raid bosses.

The only 'serious' mechanisms they put in for new players to catch up has been L2 store, with RNG item creation.

cause mb 90% of koreans players has pvp sets/pvp weapons/full epic jewels .. all top and runs around with 50b inventory i wish innova could edit some of patches some way but probably they can't its NC Korea fault!!! nerf all so u can grind endlessly

 

i prefer pve and once a while pvp.. but pve is entertaining for me... I play for entertaining and not stress me

yes, "L2 isn't friendly to new people joining".. if you do not have friends to play together, forget it... pt only top itens.. unless freya, zaken and k85+

 

doesnt matter witch race all summoners are needed its very easy to gain adena with them they doesnt cost much to play use same weapon as your mage retributer and u can use robe on summoner and then use it on mage just gather adena with it for to enjoy play with your mage

 

besides quests and instancias that the people said here to help me with my feoh.. "very appreciated"

i mean with summoner u gonna spend less adena on stuff like shots with summoner u can easy find partys for instances,rb's, events way more easy to farm then i think with feoh ..i didn't mean like with wyn u gonna have some Quest that gives u adena simple wyn less adena u spend on it i was runing with 97 wyn having immortal light set event w/o atri and apo retri with 300 atri .. farming octavis/istinas/balok's/rb's

 

i understood.. but you have friend "ISS" to buff, right ??? i cannot do anything without ISS... i do not have friend and clan.. i passed for 3 clans... no one helps and they just talking CP 95+....

buff? so what are u doing in this game then i u have no friends , can't find clan ? i simple told u what best class to choose to earn adena ,about buff , when u go rb's and instances with group iss buffs us about solo idk ask iss to buff u u can find friends in this game easy , u think after u join CP they just gonna give u all gear ? buff for sure but u need learn how to earn everything alone ...

 

i know, im playing alone so far.. i just say that it is hard to find PT where the most of players are lvl 95+ and with your CP's... so far, the 3 clans that i passed, all of them did not help.. Just one guy "BykTroll" is nice man.. always help me when i ask something to him.

Clan for me is for everyone helps everyone... but clan, the players are individual... "ok you can think that my thinking is old."

mayba in the future i find some players to play together and chew the fat.

 

How do you have no money? How are you this bad at the game? I've been on this server 2 months now (Also from NCWest) and have TONS of gear from playing smart. My friend I recruited over just joined 2 days ago from NCWest and already has over 30kk just from the Nectar event. And what was said before, if you get to 85 take your free gear it will get you to 95+ no problem, and then make real money.

I don't know your timezone but I'm GMT-5 and before 6PM my time there are tons of Groups, obviously its euro server so after then its late for them. Every Kartia guarantee's 3 drops, and Zaken always drops something. If you expect to always be the one getting the drop you are just spoiled.

Don't come here and talk ****, this defers new players. If you compare this to NCWest then in reality WAY MORE drops here, nothing drops in NCWest ever. Period. I've had 4 Full drops in places like BS/Fairies etc soloing, and get full drops in Dailies all the time.

i like those whiners about no money in game...

1-85 char to make takes 1day (8h with pa 12-14 without)
1-86 char = 40kk from quests and scrolls (-5kk for shots if u lazy to pick drops)
86lvl char gets 3 chests with armors/gun thats 60kk atleast (if u gona get lowest possible **** from it)

100kk in 1 day and crying about no adena? ^^

90lvl char fortuna /istina/spezion/gog quests
all other quests which gives ewr/ear (and alot of them)

p.s. to make 90 lvl from 85 takes 3days max(without pa) if u take normal class for fast leveling
and on 90 lvl u endup with more than 200kk

no need to be robot... just got grind and dont sit in town... i guess your daily play is 2 kartias and baylor... and crying about adena makes sence...
to get 3 chests (2 armor and 1 wep) u need to have 2k steel door coins which is 100% obtainable until 85 (just need 86 to take chests)

u say worthless to pick drops? ofc if u can play only "solo target" dds then yes.. but try taking aoe mage or warlord and kill 50+ at once and on ground even with 1k/mob adena drop its already 50k.. 10 trains is 0.5kk and for sure some mats/other **** drops

85-86 = 2 kartias group (1 u get daily, and for other u get pass), + 2 solo kartias and already 86,5... 2h grind in harnak3 solo and u are 88 and wualia u can already go grind in s3 with pt...
stop crying about exping when u dont even know where to exp and sit in town..
we made healer 1-99 in 2days (ofc with cakes and so on but its possible and easy)

1-40 takes 20 fortune bags (quests ofc u need to make for prof)
40-46 cruma
46-55 outlaw forest
55-66 forsaken plains
66-70 woa
70-75 warka
75-81 DV
81 - 2 quests worth making (1lvl each) - mahums and 1from stutgard
83-85 can allways buy pwlvl...
its fast and easy if make proper class..

 

Honestly its kinda easy for newbie to make hes first billion IF he knows what to do

so listen up here is what you do

level with your PA account as many alt iss/summoners as you can
do with them all possible freya/zaken instances on DAILY BASIS not once a week but every fcking day ,consistency is the key here m8
dont spend your time in chitty instances like fortuna or other **** where chance to get something worthy is like 0.0001%

Make alt account for your iss,yes it ***** but honestly if that is too much for you than maybe this game isnt for you and dont take it as an insult.
in your free time level up your main/subs ,again dont do chitty instances unless they give good amount of xp or decent drops.
Cant get pt ? Make one.You dont sleep with a prom queen by sitting in corner and looking dorky ,no you take her by the hand and ask her out for a dance or w/e( i dont know im a virgin )

So here you go:Make alts/Skip BS instances/level up asap/be consistent/Dont screw around in town lfp.
If you do all that you will be 97+ in no time and thats where game trully begins.
That being at that point you will start to understand whether its worth investing time in this game or not.Because its than when you will see guys who have gear for 100kkk+ and could wipe you from playground 10+ times before you even get to do anything.
Also anything becomes that much more expensive @lvl 97+ and you start to realize that zaken/freya money just doesnt cut it anymore

btw after 88+ you can go aoe on fairies. in small spots till 90. and in big one, where waterfalls and aroud after 90+ till 95 97 easy and fast exp. faster than in s3

 

ah ah blah blah blah... if you new player you can't take top items, trust me you can't do it fast as you say when you are new in game, of coz with my experience now in l2 after 2 year and items i can lvling faster than when i start... i lvling my char and dual to 99 more than 1 year then stop say ********
