Natt - Kartia 85 scammer. (Vote poll for scammers restrict)

so i was going kartia 85 4people with my iss, and on last seconds of final raidboss zellaka, leader of our party - Natt (Eviscerator) kicked me out of party so he and his friends take more xp. Ive got some screenshots that prove what he did so, i hope GM's can do something about it so there would be lower count of scammers.

P.S. ive made a poll to vote, should they ban or do something about them or not.

 

Ofcourse he wont be punished.. Why would he? He did bad thing (tricked u), but nothing punishable.

 

But why is it legal? Ok, lets say u are a DD who takes iss and healer to a party for k85 Trio. U see zellaka is at 1% hp and u kick both of them or just leave pt and u get whole xp. So u can do it everytime your kartia instance reset , yes? Why shouldnt we do it..? Thats ******** that its not punishable

 

I think unfortunately can not do anything. Not against the rules expel amid an instance therefore always when you do that you have to take pictures and publish them in their proper subject (Link). Remember the party was an entire scammer so their names in public due due it.

and watch out for the next. If you see that they are a clan and you're the only one who does not belong there's probably a trap.

Also its Kartia. From systemchat we can see she used rightstep hit on u, it mean its prolly main lvl 85-89. So i guess this is some kind of propaganda cause of missl2, bcs its some semi fake application most likely, making char 85, show up u are l2 player etc...

 

The funny thing is that is not eviscerator, so the point of the whole post is wrong

Btw, you should change the question on the poll..... "Should they ban everyone who kicks anyone from any pt whatever the reason is"?

 

Unfortunately, it wasnt in the mid of instance, it was just before zellaka died, so i get penalty for instance aswell. Raid had like 2% hp left.

Yes, it is eviscerator. What other class of ertheia is using fists and can Dash to u ?

well we don't know the reason she kicked u , maybe cause of scam or cause u was afk and didn't give buffs or land debuffs ,make later on your pt so nobody would kick u from pt

 

u do understand that making duo/trio (dd+iss+heal) dd can allways leave pt even if he will not be kicked ^.^

 

just move to kartia with friends or as you know better if you make PT they can't kick you and you can go afk ... for tips send me 2 tarot, ty

i think there was no bug.. after geting that 1hit and debuff (99% it was double time) he simply "ran away" with celestial aegis

 

Right Sidestep gives 5 sec debuff, 10 with mastery. We see 8 sec remaining in screenshot so even with mastery had to get 2 sec before and he has 22 sec remaining for celestial - means he got it within 24-25 second of selestil. It is not a matter of 0.001sec.. It is a matter of 5sec+

 

Look better, it doesnt even say Aegis effect can be felt which is ABOVE the chat, so it means Aegis buff was alrdy ON him, then he gets right step effect after while invincible. Andrius has put it even in better words.

It goes to show how ridiculous it is. I dunno what Innova is doing with their servers, and i can only think that with the opening of classic, which I BET it will be on same hardware as Core, it will just get worse. Or perhaps such server is alrdy prepared and currently afecting us. I remember the times when several players had lag issues with event servers for tournaments and the like.
