I think BA tries to keep stable number of players, you mistaken BA with RG recruiting everything that "breaths and moves" . The numbers on siege was always about 90-120, never less, never more. The last siege we had 91 people. We needed to recruit, because some people quitted the game, got kicked, whatsoever. It would be impossible to fight the EN/RG zerg in siege with 70 people. BA has lot of donors, and stacked players, but since the tarots came out, EN got very close with the gear, otherwise it would take longer to get pvp sets, weapons, dragon jewels.
It would be hard fight for BA vs EN only, and now just add RG's to it, they have lot of people disturbing us, even if most of them are 1 shot, they still bother (the kamikaze tanks especially ), and waste our time, and EN without being focused by all BA force, is impossible to stop, with all those crazy archers

 

With the same logic you should let randoms kill gainak mobs since they are pretty easy to kill.

My guess is logy will try to consume ecarlate next. We will see if they will manage to resist to the vacuum.

it's not a bot. he is friendly and saved skizik from losing % and crp.

 

The funny thing of the mass recruit is that all those little clans don't understand the real reason behind the recruit.
They are recruited as meatshield, that's all.
BA doesn't need more people for kill dragons, don't need seraph warriors that are 1 shot for farm gainak, but indeed they want 'numbers' and meatshields.
Those people all join thinking they would get items: BA is killing dragons, BA farming gainak, yeah I'll get dark stones for my seraph armor!!!.
I think most clans that have been and are on L2 do the same, madness recruit, the only fault why this happens is because those randoms don't understand their place but keep believing they will get something.
Have you ever seen one of those new recruits out of town making pvp? no.
The story is always the same, they join, after few time 50% of them will cry bacause 'why am i not getting items and I'm always online?', when the real question is: who sane in his mind would give items to a seraph geared player or someone level 99 with less than 10 AP?
L2 always been like this, there is no place on the TOP for low geared people.

 

Pretty much doubt that anyone is or will be able to take Ecarlates out of their clan.

The original idea of "clan" implies giving items to whoever deserve them or worked for them EVEN if the item would be better on a different character.
If you want your clan to grow up you have to help each other, not looking at his gear but at his actions, doesn't matter if he succeeded or failed at them, but taking in mind that he/she was there when the clan needed it, the idea of a clan is not work for the clan but work with the clan and not waiting nor asking for something in return because earlier or later you will get what you deserve.

 

Skizzik, you should seriously change your quickbars and shortkeys - will make a much better Othell

and make a few macros to gain more room.

ofc is the idea, but how many clans have you seen doing it? I don't play this game since start, but since around 7-8 years, and I didn't find yet a clan that take all players inside at the same level.
The perfect example I always saw was 'why would I give this weapon/armor/jewel/add-whatever-you-prefer to XX that kill 2 people in mass pvp or siege?'
Example in this server are the pvp weapon stones, you get one each 2 weeks (if all go ok and you get the castle ofc), for how much you will be active there will be always a +++ weapon that have priority before your +4 standard amaranthine, or XY person that make 300 kills in siege.
Some items are more 'rare' than others, and I wouldn't give a pvp weapon stone to someone without even lvl 100 or 16AP.

Redguard used to so it, ofc, when is an item with more value, it would be to someome who could suit it properly and he had to pay the rest of the enchantment like GE, gemstone and so, want some examples of wasted gear that didnt went back to clan? Take a look at ObiWanKenobi or however is wrote, do you think any of what he have suits him? Boi even i scored more kills with him with my sayha at lvl 96 on a siege with twilight no element weapon/armor.
If i would ask to elronia for some item for mass pvps (that were not being used at that moment) probably i could have took em, or probably not.
When i was in BA and needed some item, i would ask to some guys in clan and i use to get some stuff to pvp AS AN ISS, not even some valuable dd, NOT EVEN A GOOD ISS, just because i was going to pevepe.
Dunno if situation changed.

 

Wow! ... This is hilarious. There is no competition at all on this server? You can have it for yourself, that's really sad to see. Did people quit or are they taking a break - waiting for L2 Classic?

Was ROFL when I saw 85kw as hero... hahaha... How? Those heroes are so bad, that 1 skilled player (same gear) can solo a full party of them without a problem(pvpve ofc. to take advantage of mobs and more). wow, that was a disappointment! Guess im off to US servers...

What kind of competition is left on the US servers? After Genocide left and Nova died, l2 died there in it's competitive form.

 

Why cant randoms go dragons too?

Keep lying to yourself if that makes you feel better. If the total amount of ppl in the 2 clans that represents your competition (and most of the time they don't hold hands) is around 110 and your numbers are 90++ you never need to recruit unless you really want to zerg. This is not ncwest where you need 90+ to enter dragons, nor do en+rg block epics with combined cc. The fairy tale you just wrote about tarots and gear you can tell it to your new meatshield members. They might believe. Gl destroying servers and eating clans one by one every siege/dragon you loose. BA no gear after 4 years of server and they are scared of 2 en parties that have gear.

 

Thats what rly destroy servers but non of top wanna speak about it why? They affraid of ban?
