I think you are mixing EU with US. In some states of US it is forbidden to gamble, while if not all, at least majority of Eu countries allows to gamble, have casino, etc as long as part of money from gambling is payed as taxes.

For those who claim that a lot of things 4games does are prohibited by law in most European countries: well no **** Sherlock Holmes, its a Russian company did you really expect anything honest from it? NCSoft hired a publisher for the EU market, that should give you enough information to develop an accurate perception of its intentions.

Could you enlighten me in which part of the Netherlands you live? I suggest you read the law on chance/betting games before you miss inform people. As a proprietor of various online betting websites I can tell betting is perfectly fine here if you follow the guidelines described in the law which can be found here (in dutch). Although 'physical' gambling venues with live croupiers are exploited by the state, amusement venues with slot machines-e.g. Jack's Casino- are allowed.

then i hope u noticed that u base it on the strafgesetzbuch and not the öffentliches recht so i dont think u can put it in that way on an international company.
