    This only shows how much BA are worth if some random lol yul can kill 4+ enemys at 1 skill. sadly i didnt see fraps or screen from BA like that (with some random yuls) only rio (only if he is 101) or troy can kill enemys rest are even more weak then this RG lol yuls.

    Great video, could you give me the link to the aerobics work-out? **** got me stoked! saw some nice moves I wanna get into practice. In particular the move at 10:44, intense movement that requires some top notch arms and legs coordination.

    It's pretty funny how you don't seem to have any idea of the damage output of a stacked yul with everything on... I can deal up to 100k+ in AoE, and while being decently (almost stacked) geared, I don't have PoM, Talisman or hero zerk (I know that V77 isn't hero, but vllm is). Killing 7+ people when you're fighting 50+ people isn't surprising, it just show that they're not all wearing R99+8 PvP + rulers + high talisman +...
    Plus, if one party had their purge off at that moment and were hit by a mass bullseye... they're done for it ^^


    You will be able to find some screens where a BA kills 10 RG in one AoE, you will be able to find some screens where a RG kills 10 BA in one AoE, and so on.

    I think that if you watch every vllm videos, you should eventually be able to watch the whole thing. He should add a "aerobic : 1/7" for example to help people to know the order...

    Indeed! the health benefits are absolutely amazing and worth diving in to since it vastly increases the efficiency of respiration. Improves blood volume, distribution, and delivery to muscles. Improves cardiovascular efficiency. Increases the stroke volume, or the amount of blood pumped from the ventricle during each contraction of the heart. I am also really into the Latin version of aerobics, its intense.
