It's wery simple way to milk players walets once again. So called chances are just theoretical, in practicall way it's same as getting blessed valakas from every 2nd tarot atm(simply imposible) The chances are extremelly low. Just for experimentation purpose I bough theese wands for exactly 150euro. After oppening in the end 0 new brooch'es. So the rate is 0.0000000000000000000000000000000x1. Be smart guys, that's similar as make direct transfer to innova bank account = you get nothing theese day from all event items, tarot's, caskets.
