l2 and Windows 10

Hello. i planning download windows 10.
what is im afraid to have problem to log in l2.
There is anyone who plays at w10 ? do you have any problems? lags/fps drop/dc/crit errors?
Actually i have windows 7 64bit.

I play on windows 10 x64 and I have no problem to play on l2 core..

I saw this topic yesterday and i installed windows10.
Now i have problems with l2 like this

Its when i open account, open another account, i need chance secound account on third account. close secound acc, and cant open third account becouse of error. Sometimes happend even without closeing others windows of l2, just as first account to open and bum.
so its like that
open PA account
open secound account
close secound account
open trhird account
crash on frost update

What helps? - only restard PC. what dosnt help? kill process in manager, reinstal 4game, repair game.

 

thats not an windows problem.. its graphics card problem.. after u open 1-2 close 2, your pc doesnt release video memory fast enough.. and with 0mb video u cant do anything ^^

 

Actually i can do, after that i can open any other game (with still first l2 opened) and all works fine

 

Nope, it's game client problem, it cant't find needed engine class in l2.ini [D3Drv in game error text]. This error only on windows 10 and often fixed by simply system restart (not sleep mode).

Most likely the problem in the same aspect as in other applications based on the Unreal Engine 2.5 (aka UT2004, Unreal 2, Pariah etc...) and the solution is completely turn off mouse smoothing (ReduceMouseLag=False). But this is not possible because of the encryption game files.

 

Have Win10 for like 6 months+ - no problem so far... And I like it... So far the best Windows I have ever used I did liked my old 8.1, but the 10 is even better

 

do u even know what d3ddrv means?
its DIRECT 3D Driver.. Used by ******* video cards... check again that crash report.. it clearly says video resource = 0mb.. that means have leakage on it or ram's overflooded with **** and cant dump everything fast enough...

The d3ddrv module is a file patch for Direct 3D cards used for 3D Games - u can google d3ddrv in google and u will get same result..


for the author after closing 1 client give it 20-30s (or 1min even better) to fully release rams of video card.. and btw having 4gb video card and only 4gb RAM doesnt make it fully operatioanble (cause windows holds ~1.5gb part of main rams(+all background programs) , and doesnt let video card to take its pre-designed 4gb for full potention)
