Problem when clicking the "replenish account"

    Hi,

    from this website : https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/
    when I click on "replenish account" it opens the payment window where it asks me amount and payment method (so far, everything works). But when I choose the amount and click "add funds", it doesn't bring me on skill payment window but on this link :
    https://eu.4game.com/lineage2classic/install/?popupWidget=PaymentTerminalWidget
    the pop up window is still here (since it's passed in the url) and even here, if I click on "add funds", I'm stuck here.

    Tried several times, problem still occurs.
    Tried with cleaning cache/cookies
    Tried with Firefox 44.0
    Tried with Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.17416
    (OS windows 8.1)

    The problem solved itself. I have absolutely no idea how, or when, but when I came back from eating, I clicked on "add funds", and it worked.

    Hello guys,
    I have the following problem.
    Tonight I tried to prolong my PA. Didn't notice that I don't have the right amount for 6 months (bank stuff, today I had some money transferred). The window froze on the verification (or something like that), which actually made me check my CC amount. Closed it and tried to prolong my account with 3 months, for which I currently have the right amount. And here it is:
    It does nothing, just re-directs me to a blank page and nothing happens. I can only guess that it's some kind of a session thing. Tried from another PC, not that I thought it would make any difference and it didn't.
    The same CC was previously used for this same account.
    Please, let me know how should I proceed from here, should I put some more money in my CC, which would be enough for 6 months and wait for the payment attempt to be successful or should I just wait for the unsuccessful payment attempt session to drop and just try again?
    I do apologize for my lame mistake.
