Lack of open field parties

GOS top spot with iss/archer 101 (not even OE R99 weapon on archer) 2 healers, tank nuker and dagger - 200 mobs for less than 1h
top set = +6
max OE of weapon = +5 caster on the nuker

randoms in server have very good gear diff is that joe group is new in server but at elast during summer was many ppl with +++ weap at gos/atelia random parties

 

actually we really did started to play at november-december, because we all had IRL issues and in the other time we were just slacking.
The problem we had was to get 99 and since then we're improving fast. In the last PvP tests we had done we perfomed times better than other cp's with higher OE gear and/or pvp/pve set/weapon bonuses.

that means since we can do it, others should be able too
nothing will hurt you for the extra % you get in open field exp

 

Tbh if you go with your cp, everyone on main, most ppl are archers/daggers..

If you go with 2 archers + 1 dagger, 2 healers.. and everyone on +6 set and +8 normal r99 weapon (bless valakas, tauti, lindvior, ruby/opal lv 5, etc..), should take like 2-3h to do gos quest and 3-4h to do athelia quest (1k mob on each)..
At same time, instances don't deppend so much on gear..
Gos should take around 2h and athelia pbb 3h for 1k mobs with 2 good archers..

From what I've seen, feohs and tyrrs (with pole, mostly titan/warlord) are the classes that do really well on athelia/gos aoe.. And daggers/archers are the classes that are most popular in this server (for pvp).

So for randoms, some of them not even 101, for sure instance is rly good.. But if you are already 101, have some decent gear, can pbb take a dual class on your cp members to help your group exp faster, take 1 of the 2 healers and make dual class feoh (can use robe set, mage weapon, etc.. and pve weapon is good for healer anyway), take dagger and make dual class tyrr (or archer), since can use light set and crit jewels..

After 1k mobs, you get around 20-30m adena on each cp member + around 35m on drops (that you sell on on npc). Sometimes you even get lucky enough to get full r99 armor drop (gloves, shoes..) and I think it's around 30% chance to get superior codex - ch. 1 (can sell for maybe 120m adena or enchant skill to +15). So if you have good gear, ppl already 101 on their main, it's interesting for sure.. But if you have like 1-2h for cp time daily only, and some ppl not even 101, should pbb focus on gettin some exp on instances..

Not to mention if you are in a big clan, you can find war tags.. That's why I guess most ppl prefer only to do GoS quest, and not athelia (since gos quest you can go to some room in the end, hidden and not get ganked so much)..

ps: don't get me wrong, I think instances kinda ruin l2 from a pvp perspective, since it doesn't force ppl to get stronger and allow for a more "WoW gameplay".. but this post is about pve, so w/e..

I tried parna, but most ppl that don't want pvp just do celest and run to instance.. ;o

@UniqueName I didn't include that because you need so much gear to do it, that I'm pretty sure most of the server is out.. investing 20b on a nice pve spear, bless epics, 7s talisman.. lv 4 brooches..

 

exactly what taka said many ppl has dual main pvp class and also even if they have some pve dual they dont wana farm with it to 'xp' their main so after all all group xp slow coz big ego members ez pz

 

there is no need to do pve outside on this update, u have instances, only nolifers with proper setup will go gos/atellia. thats all.

 

Do you have to do 1K mobs at gos or 200 is ok to have a chance to get the books ? I'm confused with that.

who cares, they will put a l2store event that this books etc, will appear in aden for 20 KK each or less.

 

At some point, it's bad to do only instance each day... but imo only if you do them with more than 1 char..
For daily coins rewards, scroll of blessing r99 (50% chance rate) is not so bad

 

Thats a perfect bot exp pt thats sad part. On the other hand for how long u think a normal player can keep ccing and doing same stuff over and over ? 30 mins? 60?

Hmm, when we were rushin to 101, and expin rly late at night (like 1-2 am), we'd normally stay up for 2-4h (1 or 2 ghost pots on feoh)..

And I was playin healer, so needed to be purging/healing different ppl.. was pbb easier for the ppl playing feoh (or other dds), since only needed to keep spammin f1 to f10 (nukes + snare macro + double casting + body to mind + mass devil's curse + next target)..

But all deppends on the objectives you set and the motivation you have to reach them.. and your free time, work schedule, who lives with you (if you live with your parents or angry gf), etc..

 

U mising the ccing part made from bot.Ppl start to lose intrest after a while and need breaks for wc etc,also u cant compare the mental strengh u get watching ur exp bar moving towards 100/101 and not moving at all after 2 or 3 hour of exping towards 103/104.

 

we are not living in the feodal era lol, get a macro mouse, put some spammable skills on it and go have fun
easier for the nukers without the keymash
easier for the healers
easier for all
insteaad of watching cooldowns of 2-6 sec reuse skills you can watch around for enemies, mobs, unwanted pulls or focus target
I myself watch movies, or the kid and only checking the game every 10-15 sec, even when i`m not on the mouse (ofcourse i can sustain some damage that can not lead to my death)

i`m getting bored easy, but with 1 min afk i`m ready to continue again, even if the healer needs afk i can keep the party alive with some help of the tank

 

Yes, everything is bot if they play for more than 1h, CC is bot, targeting is script, anyone that's geared or lvl'ed is ebay'ed. Just go make more zaken charas if you think that's the only way to make adena outside l2store and continue doing instances + log off on shadow weapon +2 90 atri earth.

Don't forget to join some box clan like Lilith too once you're 97+ and you'll even see some PvP in parna, before healer PR's on wartags sight.

 

U have no clue how roshinu group made his adena, or how legit they are . I was refering to the video he showed. That party is prolly boxed only from smelly. U have no clue the kind of gear he have on his toon or even that he was 1 of the first persons on whole na with pve set and pvp set/pvp weapon and pve weapon both oed(He got both sets and weapons at same time). But y he farmed alot of zaken :/
