Wind Rider P. Evasion

All other clan mates have higher P.Evasion than me and I dont understand why, I dont even wear a sigil, how can I increase evasion?

 

why u need p evasion ?

 

because on AoD+Shadow dodge I get all hits anyway

 

set assassin type, dex dyes, or even better one.. have a light set on if its on dagger..
cause kinda very very low.. me iss (with no evasion boosters) have more than u ^^

 

level up, and you have more evasion

 

I am +15 DEX and set assassin type already

passives will lvl up at 102 T_T

 

each level gives p.evasion (without learning any new skill)

 

P. Evasion is only on regular attacks. Every dagger knows that. So You want to evaded reular attack from iss,tanks, yuls. You need skill evasion, but it is only from UE and AoD. so Good luck. Evasion most useless and you want to invest in that. True pro player. Give your char to xHaseo maybe he will kno what to do.
But if you want so much this useless evasion.

Augment in hat Evasion
Augment in weapon Evasion
SubClass Cert - Evasion
OE pants - as i renember OE pants gives evasion or Breastplate. Some parts of set.

lol.. he ment that on dagger he has very low.. me on iss with buffs with sigil have 250+ so 227 on dager smth wrong

nah, even Haseo told me I have low evasion, he tested it playing on my char
