problem with upgrade to premium account

at march 03 2016 y. i have replenished my account with some summ to buy premium account. I see the amount of summ on starting page but cant upgrade to prem acc. Every time i logged in the situation the same. Maybe problem is my location? Cause I live in Canada?

 

In theory innova cant support ppl out of europe , but is not 100% real you should make premiun acc w/o problem so mb you are doing something bad

Yup, weekend and 7-8 March days off as well

 

glad for you tech's. But really, its not so funny when youre paid, and all you can do its just spend the money for l2shop...no prem, no add XP, no dragons bracelet...nothing...its looks funny for EU?
just for understanding...replenished of the acc was succesfull, but there is not any prem acc features.

 

And you bought the premium itself? Or simply repelnished account?
