It started to work at Innova's server's like at NCSofts ones?

Even rio was using unleash hell in core on his feoh, so this has been working for a long time here. You can even watch a lot of oly gameplays from feohs that just one-shot ppl with this skill sometimes.

The thing about this skill is that you need to have mental chance on your setup, and try to hit ppl without much mental resist (normally light armor users go for stun more than mental); since if it lands it does a lot of damage, but if it doesn't (like if you use it on a stacked healer and he resists it), you'll do like 400 damage.
