Hum, i m mb naive but, to be able of making some service in a country (like game/video and so on) the admin have to agree and respect the law of those country no ? And i m pretty sure in every country it's forbidden to steal something. So for me it's the politic from inova to be blame for all those scammers. For exemple: http://www.slate.com/blogs/future_t...ling_amulet_and_shield_in_virtual_world_.html ( http://www.slate.com/blogs/future_t..._stealing_in_video_games_should_actually.html ) So if i was ironV, i ll haras Innova team every day because it's not legal to steal, even if he give he's log because for exemple if you give key of your cars to someone you trust and finaly dont want to give you back the car, i gues the law will be with you. same **** here to my opinion So ironV, go haras them every day, and tiarka go die x)
I kinda agree with you, but on almost all cases like that, the people end without the items back (at least from what has happened few times in this server), so i see it pretty dark on that matter
Few years ago when someone "scam" you he got ban on his char and gms took back your items. Why now no? Its our problem since the 80% of players selling/buying items and ppl was selling even chars and after made report , so is normal that they dont care about this now.
It's always sad what people are ready to do to get some cash from this game. Unfortunately, I don't think there is much to expect from GM/justice, maybe massiveticket spam from whole clan would help, exceptions have been made in the past.
Well, since he was never very bright, I wonder since how many months this Tiarka was planning this. Ungrateful little brat.
All this EN member who said how bad and sad are this king of things... What you think about scarlet?"
Even if what you shout on hv about Scarlet is true.. 80b from 80 ppl clan is not the same us loosing same or even bigger amount for a single player..
if someone log your char and take items without your permission - punishable if someone give items to you by free will,, - well.. that's another story.
So when the bank lend you money, it's okay to run with it without giving it (+ interest) back ? So when a friend lend you his car, some money, w/e, it's okay to run with it without giving it back ? Sir, I sincerely think that your friends should be more careful when dealing with you.
don't mix game and rl stuff. it's 2 different things. if you get loan from bank, you sign contract and accept their terms. and about "e-friends".. all friendship ends where $$$ starts
In both cases (friends <> internet), trust -and trustworthy- is what is needed. And in both cases, when you don't give it back, it's a steal. Plain and simple.
There are spefiic laws to bank and money. Money you put in bank is still ur own, money borrowed from bank is still from bank. You own nothing in games, the items are are innova's property and they are still in server "stolen" or not, innova simply allows you to use their pixels but they are by no means owned by you. They have really no obligation to help you when nothing was stolen against innova. Sure it's in their interest to solve this, but by no means obliged.
For those commenting and making examples about banks, you can go ask Tiarka he worked on a bank. And about items possed by chars, go read EULA, every virtual thing you got in the game belongs and will for ever belong to innova. And you all agree to that. So... stop becoming fools of yourselves.
That's what i ask in my 1st post EULA cannot override law from country no ? And in country steal is forbidden no ? So i think innova cannot just deny your request and they must open an investigation. And give back what belong to ironV Simply as that.
Nothing ever belonged to any ironv or plasticv or bronzev or me or u or anyone. You clicked to the "I agree" that whatever ingame that exists or existed or will exist, is already belonging to innova and nobody else.
Are you sure about that ? I mean, can they sell content (l2store) and tell you after "no those items wasn't yours, read eula xaxa" ? not sure law in country will be agree with that
