I'm disconecting from server

exactly the same sh*t!

 

any solutions to the problem? i have the same issue - dc after 2 minutes from starting the game. when i try to log back i get the "no video critical error". when i restart the computer im able to log in again for next 2 minutes. same happens to my 2 friends...

 

wireless and l2 bad combo...

open those ports in your router

its not that bad, cause most of us can play normaly at l2 us, its this frost system... so many problems that thing is doing.

 

nice, no disconnect fix yet, my two brothers getting dc on their pc's, we played on us servers just fine, but here got some problems....disconnections after few seconds in game...

 

well its a combination of frost and firewall/nat in most cases
thnx god that we have not to deal with norton anymore..

 

i don't know anything about this combination, but i am very dissapointed with this "children style" bugz, first critical errors no video, now dc, what's next? is this official l2 or java? ncsoft was almost perfect, but we are europeans and we trust on innova. waiting for fixes...

same here .... from the first day test was up till now ... "you have been disconected from the server" ... reinstaled the game allmoast each day, today reinstalled windows 7 again ... not more then 1 min for me in game ... 15- 30 sec is ok-decent ... then for the rest 30 sec or so lag is installing and then i get dc. still wait and hope for a fix .... sry for my bad english.

 

its not that, i tried directly conecting by cable and also openning the ports and its the same.

 

i have the same problem, i connect then i get serious lag and after 1-2 minutes i get disconnected

i have disconnected firewall/anti-virus,changed dns but still the problem remains.

i am using xp /sp3 and i dont have any problem when i connect at ncwest

 

may be a frost kick... or not =)

radix, exactly what i look for this program? and which is the ip of the game and frost?

 

radix this sounds very much like the issue with gameguard that existed long ago, the reason people would disable it and such. you think there might be any way of finding out what causes the problem or a way to fix it? i mean any information should help innova tackling the problem. : )

 

same problem here as well. i get ingame, move around for a bit and get disconnected within a minute. also running xp/sp3 and have tried disabling antivirus and all possible firewalling and even stripped all unnecessary applications, but still it just wont work.

i can analyze your logs, but it's a private info =(

i dont have issues myself i just want the issue resolved for my friend. : )

 

for dc-analysis it's perfect tool...

 

ok i have a program wireshark, all beautifully .... but i do not know what is what xd yeah... i'm a woman and did not know much about these things qq... do not even know what's going on with these numbers, colors.... may i ask brother for help, because itself does not understand this program t.t

so you can send logs to official support and ask about dc issue (frost kick or not)
