Hello everyone, looking for information about:

1. Starlight Jar -- (it is from crystalization agathion 30 day?) and need it to craft this perma?
2. Where I can find recipe/craft list to make a perma agathion.
3. Bleesed weapons/armor have a bigger chance to enchant or it is same like on normal?
4. Blessed enchant's have a bigger chance to enchant or it's same like on normal enchant? (I know description about downgrade enchant to 0 and not crystalize)
