In most of them, players lost their gear, but not the access to the account itself, so, you may even not be aware that a hacker has gained access to your account. Our service has a secure account data storage, but we cannot vouch for any other organization. If you have ever used the same combination of login\email and password in any other service, your account is at risk. Especially if those services are somehow related to the game. We ask you to change your account and email passwords to the ones that you had never used in any website or service before. To enhance your account security even further, please, enable Trusted PC option in your account settings on 4game. Please note that for security reasons we blocked a number of accounts which had been inactive for some time. Block will prevent potential hackers from manipulations with your characters and gear. In case you received a letter stating that your account is blocked, please change all credentials on your account and address to Support Service. Your account will be unblocked by GM shortly after making sure your personal data is safe.

Ehm, I haven't logged in since April 2015 (the logs confirm this), still I get an e-mail that I am banned (Ban reason: Your account has been blocked for purpose of account security.) You claim that your account data storage is secure but, I have my doubts. Even if they knew my password from some other compromised website (unlikely, because I don't use this password very often) it would still show up in the logs, as a sign in, right? Explain this, please... Haven't had time to check my chars/gear yet.
Same situation here, except i haven't logged since the anniversary events earlier this year. I couldn't even connect start the client for a week or so on Opera, tried now on Chrome, it worked, but ofcourse it says I'm banned forever. Also activated safe pc option with phone number and stuff now. Also my email and game account login info is entirely different. What to do? Make a ticket like it says on the site in Chrome? Also https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/ does not seem secure, even my AV warned me about connection not being secure.

Lineage 2 EU is blocked till 05.11.2043, 20:45 :-( For god sake i`m banned for years already, turn the damn newsletter for my account off pls. I cant login to submit a damn ticket to turn it off... And i keep getting offers from you no matter I`m banned as you see till 2043...
Haven't logged for some months, did not get any notifications that some1 tried to and got banned today for security reasons. Still no answer from support tho :/

Same here, I do not understand why every link to support leads to russian language. And yes I got mail that my account got banned but I haven't logged in game for over a year. Can someone help me please with a link to support that is in english and does not lead to ru support? edit: I logged from my mains account just now and i checked my buffer from friendlist which I have her and Last Login says 9 months ago... so that was the exact time I was away from game then.... So how I got hacked since none logged my iss for 9 months? It looks to me that you banned accounts by accident which is really sad. And by providing support links which are only in russian is like a joke to me. Anyway I was not planning to come back to game, you just make my life easier for not trusting again your company.
