Superior sigil mastery bug

this skill doesn't give the bonus it should:

int + 2. increases mp recovery bonus by 20 and power of recovery skills by 40 when equipped with a sigil.

normal, by learning the skill, you already have +2 with or without sigil. it's not :

"int +2, increases .."

but

"int +2. increases .."

 

in fact, there is not the condition "when a sigil is equipped" at the begining of sentence. so you have directly int+2 when you learn the skill.

and you increase mp recovery and power recovery skills when you wearing your sigil.
