Try to READ Patch Notes,before u post anything. If Devs decides about it,Devs should also correct Notes before puting them to public.Its confusing and cause pointless drama.
U need 105 lvl now (maximum skills lvl) for evis to hit "almost" like before, they got nerf on helios update, go read patch notes and compare passive/active skills description.
The patch notes claimed that holders of High and Mid-grade marks from the Atelia & Garden of Spirits were supposed to get some kind of "refund" for the quest item being removed, lack of that is intended design also?

You get Full Tw set weapon and yewels after you reach level 85 you can receive it from daily quest section. But it only for 30 days.
