So what's an actuall % to OE a Power Shirt and any other?
We all know that they can change % whenever they like it.I'm kinda sure it has recently been very weird to be unable to do ANY single Power Shirt +7 ,no to mention about +8.
Mby there r.some "secret tricks" there,but I can say that in over last 3-4 monts I was trying,for fun,to OE Power Shirts ,like 100 /week.Got 1 +7.
I know also some pple r very lucky and r able either spend few millions and get 2x+7, but thats so rare.

2 power shirt +7 with few shirts is acceptable, and pretty rare!

And those guys fking believe that some1 enchanted 10 power shirts with 1 bi (LOL) just because a buy came here to flood. Just stop snowy. with 1 bi you buy 100 power shirts, and for lineage? i would say its impossible to get one +7 with each 10 powershirts u bought. And im the fking stupid here. Casino style ftw.

 

Don't know if rates are different for maphr, but I recently bought 10 maphr, enchanted with only normal scrolls and ended up with 2 +7 shirts. Very lucky I guess, but it's possible Honnestly fixing enchant rates during these events would be highly dishonest, I wanna hope innova didn't go that low.

 

It's ok bro, 2 days ago I just made +8 shirt with 450kk adena, it's just about knowning what to click

 

Rates are the same regardless of the Elemental Shirt. I remember reading somewhere that the Power Shirt had a better chance to enchant, but I haven't seen anything to back it up. Btw, only your luck (well, the LUC of your char and yours) will affect the result, as the maphr shirt itself states "Do not work with no grade items"

I bought 1 Maphr and during event with few normal to +3 and aprox 20...25 bless i made Maphr +7
then I bought 1 Eva and 1 Sayha (same event) and with ~100 bless max +6 few times

Fyi none said here thats not possible to do it even with 7-8 scrolls and one shirt,but whats r odds to do that?!
Thats what we r wondering here.
I'm 100% that there r players who simply not visiting forums to say their 5cents about it and they would be a majority of population which struggle to oe shirt to 7+
So ye,that few pple who states here how lucky they were r just estimated ~10% of players.
I've tried many times (over 100shirts) with LUC ++ to do power shirts:
Lemme say: to+4 like 90%, to+5 like 40%, to+6 like 10%, to+7 nearly 2%, to +8 none.

Ofc it may be just bad luck ;-)

thats a good average rate. If some1 is extremely lucky, can make 8 +7 shirts with 100 shirts. Even like that, he already spend 1bi idk if im saying in other language or just snowy is so stupid that cant understand.

U can do a +8 easily with lucky, but if u try more and more shirts, its a gamble. The lucky never keeps that much every has seen it around
