Counterattack (lvl 79 Ghost Hunter skill) doesn't work

hello there!
as i wrote in the title, the counterattack skill of the gh it doesn't work
most people say "it doesn't matter, you are gonna lose it with the 4th class".. i don't know if it's true and if this skill is gonna be replaced by a new one or not, actually i don't mind. i know that it should work. from 79 till 85 it's a long path.. i need that skill

that skill is replaced at lvl 91.

evasive counterstrike
lv.1 – buff skill
evades all physical attack skills and reflects all damage back to an enemy for for 10 seconds.

this one made me laugh...
this was a test of only 1 hit.

the skill has a chance to reflect, it doesnt mean that it reflects always.
the skill should work as it should, atleast it worked fine before the harmony update.

anyway, where did you find the "chance info" about counterattack?
because as you can read, this is what is written on the description of the skill:
active - "for 10 seconds, transfers damage from melee attacks and skills back to the opponent."

 

fellow users, this skill works from physical skills of monsters and players, this shoudl work fine. skill does not work with an ordinary attack.
