I got only 2 extra day of PA on my accounts with active subscription. Accounts without PA didn't received free 1 day PA - checked activity logs.

Have you entered the game with these free accounts on Tuesday? That was one of the terms of getting PA.

 

What if PA runned out Tuesday 1 pm and u couldnt log anymore cuz of downtime? ( not the normal one, but the unexpected one? .. )

I guess that was kinda obvious that compensations will be delivered for those who was trying to play the game on Tuesday and couldn't. Sorry if not but that's how it works, mate.

probably everyone is agree, all is all... but only innova dont agree with that. so probably everyone is a ****** around and only innova ppl r smart. innova logic. true story.


btw dont worry.. after they realize they made a fail ... soon u got a jet bike 30 day...but only if u log in ofc.

this innova rly have no glue, how they should do things around... at all.

 

We decided to deliver premium accounts only for those who were logging in the game from 10:00 to 19:00 CEST Tuesday for a reason.
We guess that these players in particular were hurt the most because of the technical problems.
We don't think that players who started to play the game only after 19:00 CEST without facing technical problems are in the same position. In many cases these players didn't even know about some problems on server.
And personally I think that it's no point in further discussion about that matter. If you have some questions you always can address to me in private messages or to support service.
