Did i just gate ban?

    Hi.

    One of my chars is black and i can't use it. Does this mean i got banned? If yes where can i see why?
    I opened a ticket in support but no answer.

    It got banned and only support can tell you the reason. Response from support takes within 10 working days.

    I'm guessing the ban is an added bonus for renewing PA Account.

    same with my account, so if its mean ban ,why administration banning ppl, and do not tell them why ?this is how administration respect them players?

    Nothing you can do made. Open a ticket and wait for an answer ( if that answer ever comes ).

    10 days does not mean, that you will get an answer after, 8 or 9 days... I contact with our "bad support" a few times and always get a response i next 1-2 days.

    NEXON Europe, a game publisher of Combat Arms even do not answer. While contact with them, got just an automatic message "we contact with you, as soon as it will be possible" after 3 years still my ticket are open, and did not get a response.

    Just try contact with Innova, and try ask what happen with your account. Do not demand unban, be nice and for sure they will try help you.

    I know Naito.
    I did opened a ticket asking ( nicely ) what has happened. But you have to understand the PA account and LVL III Rune don't have infinite timer, so yeah i am little "troubled" :)
