do u know what dps stands for? damage / second... trasken doesnt boost damage directly like tauti, but it adds 5% atk speed +5% atk speed buff, so indirectly YES IT DOES

about set tyrr doesnt rlly that much rely on pve set (unless he sells pwlvl) he can make decent pve in pvp set also.. so that means 1set for both sub and main

feoh against archer didnt get so much boost.. cause now ue will be like ud MDEF x2, from those 10k hits now with 7-8k mdef u will get like 6-7k with 13-14kmdef(we know base doesnt multiply) but still it will reduce dmg significantly not to mention those mages gets like 2shoted from archers (not counting those 20s own celestial+barier).. did u actualy tried mage yourself on helios? ^^ or u just read and say nonsence? mages with 4milion matk hits 7-8k hits from spike, and up to 20k with big power skills so from where he should be scary?

 

i just watched Asian Olympiad i see what feoh can do.
well good luck if UE = MdefUD.
Feohs hits hard now, and thei dmg will go more. Even when you have pvp set and 10k mdef (tauti trasken b.valakas b.antharas) you are able to get like 30k dmg from feoh now at UE. Just go and check olympiad.

y increase dps xD when almost every yul 99 on lvl4 buff have like 1400-1500 a speed perma. So wow 5% faster attack speed when you have max. please.

 

u shouldnt compare asian with here... they have 7s sa's which gives huge boost.. they have other things that we still dont have here which , and more u shouldnt compare open field (which he wants archer for) and olympiad..
log to ru servers ask nicely for some hero mage with +12++ wep and some archer with pvp bow and pvp set(no matter +++) and u will see difference.. how mage dies fast and archer keeps shooting like he did.. nerfing ue's evasion ability will change only play style when archers now with ue can go in middle of enemys they will stay at back and shoot from range like it was pre god when ue gave only p evasion.. archers range is higher than mages so means its easier for archer to shoot and not be killed

 

archer has same range with feohs

uh i missed somewhere where they changed range to 1100 of mages =[ was 900 long time so i presumed it still is

 

In all the scripts that i made for mages i used range 1100

I sent a ticket to support asking about this, the answer i got was, "Red Libra is not a part of our short term plans. That way you wont see this event being launched this year "

 

and that doesnt say that they cant change their mind and launch it after draco event.. they are st.....id but not that much to ruin all market prices letting ppl know when they need to stack +12+++ weps to exchange

 

i got some infos, RedLibra will be launched after Draco event.. not sure tho...

If I'm not wrong DIL said on the russian forums (can't find the post atm) that the sooner that it will come will be fall (which means untill 22nd December), add a bit of delay to those events as we're usually getting them 2-4 weeks later than russians and it could be what Lonnie said, to get it on 2017

I would be more worried to ask not when it will come, because it will specially when Koreans had 3 or 4 red libras already, but how it will come, if it will be same as in NCJapan (where you cannot exchange any kind of weapon) or if it will be like NCWest / NCKorea where you CAN exchange them

 

well most of our event was ncwest copy/paste, so just a bit changed prices for exchange and u can change absolutly anything i guess ofc, just chit chating..
