Just yield to the atmosphere of this festival, succumb to the horror and fear in Elmoreden, and all that seemed to be inimical will show you the other mischievous, but friendly side. Event will take place from October, 25th to November, 8th. On the 8th of November NPCs Uldie and Belldandy will leave Elmoreden, and the following quest items will be deleted: Uldie's Portrait with No Make-up Uldie's Certificate of Secret Pinky Promise of Top Secrecy Secret Gift From Uldie All the rest items received during the event will remain. 1. Meeting Uldie and BelldandyRight after the maintenance in Elmoreden two weird girls Uldie and Belldandy will appear to run the Halloween event. It won’t be hard to find them, Uldie is waiting on the special pedestal with Belldandy on her left. 2. Uldie’s Special BuffTo obtain a unique buff, talk to Uldie and get the special item "Uldie's Portrait with No Make-up". Portrait is available for one 85+ character on the account.You will need it to receive a special buff from Uldie. She will refuse to give you the positive effect unless you have the Portrait in your inventory. Talk to Uldie to get her buff. It’s available once a day and only for the characters with level 85 and above. It’s possible to repeat the buff acquisition from 06:30 a.m. on the next day. Buff has three levels: after the 1-level buff is expired, it is automatically replaced by the buff of the 2nd level, and the 2nd one - by the buff of 3rd level.Buffs of the 1st and 2nd levels last for 1 hour, 3-level buff lasts for 2 hours. As soon as 3-level buff is expired, a "Secret Gift From Uldie" is added to your inventory.You will receive a random item from the list upon opening a gift:Uldie will hand you over "Uldie's Certificate of Secret Pinky Promise of Top Secrecy” along with the buff. as expected..... after all those blessing scrolls with a VERY LOW CHANCE, probability to get something valuable from the event is reduced to 0,0000000001% chance; sometimes i have the feeling that all prices are linked to adena sellers price and not influenced by innova...or maybe innova should start sell adena for very low prices to ruin adena sellers???

I just opened 42 boxes and reward disappointed me 100% with non value items. This is the list: 26 x Red Potion of Regeneration 5 x Crafting Ingredients Pack 8 x Gemstone R 1 x Enchant Scroll Pack 2 x High Grade Lucky Enchant stone: Weapon (R-grade) Like i said before when tarot list has been changed and seems that people still reporting that has passed a long time since tarots were a way to get decent rewards. For last event I can say thanks only for double xp period and Uldie buff and we still want an event were new people that joined the server to have a chance to get decent items to equip and I hope that you didn't forget that adena drop is very low and any new player doesn't have any chance to gear itself if doesn't find a way to buy adena. Every decent items pass easily few billions and we get only items with very very low price on market. In last events you had very good items in droplist but with 0% chance and for non value items you setup 99% chance. It like in statistic when say that every person eat a chicken/day but in reality 1 person eat 4 chickens and 3 don't eat anything.
This event was not made because of the rewards but as a matter of boosting even more the xp going togheter with a x2 xp event. Last event, the draco one, had decent enough rewards in order to make money, and in order to make money outside of events you need to NOT make instances, just to farm open world and everything will be fine
i know a lot of ppl who get a lot of **** reward from draco ... so the reward from draco was from decent to low decent (or very low decent) only who sell eggs or boxes get some good amount of adena
You could sell small eggs, you could sell big eggs, you could sell shiny boxes, you could open them or you could buy shiny boxes in large amount and hope to get talismans, and in those events it's not that hard to get anakim or lilith or even both talismans buying a relatively large amount of boxes
