Errors 711,712,713

Hello.
Yesterday when i tried to login to the game,the Play button was replaced by an Install button i pressed it and i got messages about errors 711,712,713, The browser i used is Firefox and the system runs Windows 10

I tried the suggested solutions posted at the pinned thread but the situation persists.
Also the system has no anti-virus installed except windows defender who has the game
folder on exception.

 

Could you provide screen with 4game-service is clearly seen as running?

May be you should add folder with 4game service to exceptions as well. It looks like "C:\Program Files (x86)\4game\3.6.1.222".

 

In my effort to fix i uninstalled the game and when i reinstalled the problem is still there i get the same errors. Here are the screenshots you requested

 

Did you add 4game folder to exceptions for antivirus? Also you could try to reinstall 4gasme service with the link in the left bottom corner of the game site.

 

My PC has Windows 10 installed and the error messages started after last maintanance. Also the 4game folder and game client folder are on exception on Windows Defender (i have no other antivirus installed)

 

Did you try this?

The common recommendations are.
* Clear browser cache.
* Disable all addons. You could re-enable them one-by-one lately.
* Uninstall Ubar or VideoPlugin if you have one installed.
* Check for viruses with Dr. Web Cureit (MS Essential could be not good enough).
* Make sure your browser is x32 one. x86_64 browsers are not supported.

I checked for all the things you mention here but the problem is still present. Also i cannot check the client with the check4game utility because i have uninstalled the client to check if the problem will be fixed with a re-install of the client.
But because of the problems causing the 711/712/713 errors i cannot re-install

 

There is no need the client to be installed to make process diagnostic. Unpack it in any place you want.

You haven't 4game service running. Open Control panel, find Services there and start 4game service manually.
