Macro Leveling

After this macro update...

someone know a good place do leveling with macro setting at lv 90, 95 and 99?

Half party and full party.

PS: I dont want focus on farm, just leveling.

on 90 fairy/timiniel (solo/small pt)
on 95 SoS (solo ?!?!?! ... idk if with gear+3 or+4, because u have delay on replay macro), orbis temple, GF (small/full pt)
on 99 Hellbound -> 8000 quest for exalted (small/full pt ... solo if have gear) ... even if u finish the quest, u can go to farm with other pt for quest

idk if in these areas u will leveling pretty much/faster ... farming solo with auto macro

but on auto macro u have ++ chance to meet PvP points hunting players ... and they flag on u, u flag on them (auto next target), then they kill u easy

better farm kartia pt duo with pass ... 2 kartya/day enough xp +vit +maphr scroll (on boss) +exalted buff + xp rune = power lvl

Why do you people even play lineage?

 

cause now there is hands free function probably

 

I dont quite get how u can macro exp duo ,not to mention a pt,like hands free leaving it for a.night?
Making new macro is simply a black magic for me

 

for afk exp only fishing is safe enough.. and even then you don't know who will do clan pr

 

its an excuse for dirty botters.

 

if auto macro is boting ... then make email to NCsoft and thell them to remove that function on next update

 

U can clearly see by the eye an macro exp,or botting soft.
First is kind slow on reaction.
Second acts way faster than human/macro actions.
Easy to spot.
I dont mind macros,i guess its good a few % when u sleeping/working.

I didnt find any good spot to macro with a eviscerator and iss.

About bots.. BOT is BOT, MACRO is MACRO.

Macro will never do what bot do so easy.

 

macro or bot has same function "AFK LVL" so i dont see any difference in those 2, what bot does in 24h macro does in 25 at tops if have enough brain to write proper macro

But if macro is a legal action you cant blame us to use it.

Btw, with enough brain or not, macro is VERY LIMITED and u cant use it in nice exp/sp spot cuz you will die.

 

problem isnt macro system.. its ppl abusing it for total afk, and it should be banable when there is no person watching over it

 

i think people abuse macro system by using bot programs to camouflage. 2 DAYS a party of bots farm , people sent tickets with photo and also try or kill them.
BUT GMs are off . it is their job to go see fast and do the proper moves.And there isnt ONE GM 2 days to go check??......

 

i sent 2 tickets about bots. 1 banned after 11 days, another one still running.

 

i come here from Naia (NCWest) ... the bot kingdom (I was tired see bot everywhere, to many, and no free spots, and so many scripts for pvp solo/pt) ... and there, when a GM come online (and/or come closer to the bot player spot) all bot player from that spot go offline before GM can see them, because the bot programs have some function to recognize if a GM come closer, and automatically logoff the char
the new macro system don't have functions like that

so, if any1 abuse macro system only , and is afk , this is not bot ... this is system privilege
- macro system don't heal u only if ur hp go down and if ur hp is full, keep the skill rdy for u. ...macro system heal u periodically (exactly delay time) and is possible to dye ... and macro can not see if u are death to res u ... and even if u receive a res from some1, macro can not pres Ok button
- auto macro system can not give buff (12 ... 6 melody + 3 resist + 3 sonata) +harm (select target 1st) at every 30 min , and sonata at every 5 min, and debuff target/assist mobs, and heal if necessary ... all day long if u are afk ... u have only 12 lines on 1 macro and u can not trigger other macro from a macro

if any1 use auto macro system to cover the bot program ... you will be able to see that. for example if all pt is death, automatically go in town and know to come back to the spot
but i think u are not able to see that because u are not GM and u don't have xp as a GM, and if u will be GM some times/some ware, probably u will ban every body because u don't think

if u want, i sell u a tip:
if u see a pt with 2 ppl, iss and dd, and u think that pt is a bot pt or a auto macro pt ... if iss assist dd and debuff target ... u target iss, look to the sonata and if iss give sonata every time on time ... try to talk with them (spam chat)
if they respond to u, then possible they are on auto macro ... if not possible bot

exactly how u must make some calculation to create a good macro for a certain spot ... i thin u must do some calculation to see if some1 is on auto macro or on bot

dude nowadays ppl dont use resists.. only noobs with 3x60 armors.. others dont have slots for normal buffs cause of resists, so 6melodys+3sonatas+1 harmony+delay there is your duo party forever makroed..
and i guess u dont understand what bot does and what for was made this macro system
bot automates play u dont need to be near pc to gain xp/drops
macro system was made for easier dualboxing cause l2 has tendency to lag when u switch windows (since its framed), besides when u play like nolifer for 10+ hours straight then u get tired and u can relax in chair and watch how your char levels with macro or if u have some lags (hardware side) u can use macro to assist main dd to help kill or debuff.. but not for reason to leave it for 24/7/365 (-maintenance times) afk..
its 10x faster to xp in kartias with vitality saving than leave bot/macro for low lvl zones

and the problem with asists and so on.. there are tools like mouses/keypads for that just bind 2 buttons 1 for asists pressing 10s delay and another one with buff makro 5-10min delay.. and its gona be bot..

now look at ppl making 8k quest in hb.. come near them speak with them and watch how 6/7 ppl are afk on macros and u want to say thats normal? ^^
or enter at night time into gap and go flag/kill all inside there cause 95% all who are inside will be on macroes thats also norm?

besides no wonder why u defend macros so much.. u know how they say "once a bot always a bot"

 

To be honest, I really was wondering if this feature was nice or not, then I had to do faction quests. God, they help so much. Now I've my iss box with macro, my char with macro, and I can play another game while having my 2 chars farming

As people said above, this can be compared to botting, as in the description of "using automated scripts", but a so basic level that no one would call it an efficient one. Useful ? Sure ! As good as the scripts running in NcWest ? I think not.
