if this is a tool to let our fellow players communicate,- it sounds like a great idea! otherwise lets keep it all official

there is actully nice tool called mirc:")
the good idea of it
1. live support online in mirc channels answering ppl- no need wait
2. always keep community updated in forums and live on mirc
3. bigger adv bring more ppl, quakenet is huge server with over 3 milion users and alot lineage2 players
you can lure more ppl
4. it always fun to chat and not always read posts

p.s but in order to make it live and effective:
gms need be present there too in the channels
you should make it as sticky post on announcments so more ppl could read about it

 

it's called irc, irc channels, irc server and so on. mirc is just a client, like a dozen od others, not the best one either.

another good idea join the irc channel
we can have in future #trade channel
that ppl can post what they sell or buy!! in live!

and as i know, there is already a channel #lineage2 where the channel admin (dbm) is working on a bot with some l2 features, so you should talk with him.
