Error l2.exe

This message appears when clicking to start the game, and the game does not open.
I already reinstalled the game but the problem continues...

Hi, try to disable your antivirus, and try to run the game again, i used to have the same error on a different game, i fixed it by reinstalling the antivirus and the Visual C++ Redistributable.
